These Smoked Andouille Sausage Links are seasoned with a variety of peppers, onion, garlic and herbs that produce a full-bodied Cajun flavor.  Each 1 lb. package contains four 4 oz. links. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. 

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.

Ingredient List; Pork, Beef, Water, Potassium Lactate, Salt, Pepper, Spices, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Flavorings, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Nitrite. Encased in Collagen Casings.

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
