When you place an order for our meat products, you are charged an
estimated amount based on the price per pound and the quantity you
select. For example, if you order 1 pound of meat at $10 per
pound, you may initially be charged $15. This higher amount accounts
for potential variations in weight when we hand-cut and weigh your
order.

After we prepare your order, we weigh the meat to ensure
accuracy. If the weight is slightly more or less than what you ordered,
we adjust the final charge accordingly. For instance, if your 1-pound
order at $10 per pound actually weighs 1.1 pounds and you initially paid $15, we will refund the difference ($4 in
this case) so you only pay the accurate amount of $11.

This process ensures that you are only charged for the exact amount of meat
you receive, without the need for additional payments or invoices after
your order is placed. It also allows us to ship your order promptly,
without delays caused by waiting for you to pay small differences.
