Shipping policy

Orders ship on Monday & Tuesday with most deliveries arriving within 1-3 days. During the summer our Shipping Schedule is listed. The deadline to order is noon Saturday.  Your orders are packed in our custom insulated boxes that can keep your meat safely chilled for several days outside of any cooling. You are responsible for unpacking your order upon delivery and placing it in a proper location ( freezer/refrigerator.) We do not ship over the weekend. 

Please review your shipping address carefully and make sure everything is correct. We do not offer refunds or credit on meat spoilage due to delays caused by;

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Forwarding your box to another address
  • Requesting it be held at UPS Drop location after shipping ( this typically adds at least 24 hours to your transit time.) If you have any issues during shipping, please contact us via email so we can investigate for you. We are happy to do so!


Repacking of your order ( for additional cuts and/or to remove cuts) may incur a $50 fee.

If you are sending our meat or poultry as a gift, because it is a perishable product, it's important to let the gift recipient know it's on the way, to make sure they'll be in town on delivery day.

Military Discount - 5% on all Purchases. Just mention this at check-out.
