Shipping policy

Orders ship on Monday & Tuesday with most deliveries arriving within 1-3 days. The deadline to order is noon Saturday.  Your orders are packed in our custom insulated boxes that can keep your meat safe for several days outside of any cooling. You are responsible for unpacking your order upon delivery and placing it in a proper location ( freezer/refrigerator.) We do not ship over the weekend. 

Please review your shipping address carefully and make sure everything is correct. We do not offer refunds or credit for incorrect addresses or forwarding your box to another address or delays due to requesting a UPS Drop location ( this typically adds at least 24 hours to your transit time.) If you have any issues during shipping, please contact us via email so we can investigate for you!

Repacking of your order ( for additional cuts and/or to remove cuts) may incur a $50 fee.

If you are sending our meat or poultry as a gift, because it is a perishable product, it's important to let the gift recipient know it's on the way, to make sure they'll be in town on delivery day.

Military Discount - 5% on all Purchases. Just mention this at check-out.
