Our 1 lb. packages of loose Breakfast Sausage is a fan favorite and can be made into patties or used in sausage gravy for a scrumptious breakfast... or dinner!  All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. 

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.
