  • 10 lb. Pork Shoulder & Fresh Ham Roasts (2.75-4 lb. each)
  • 8 lb. of Pork Chops, bone-in or boneless
  • 8 lb. packages of Ground Pork & Sausages ( Breakfast, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian or Chorizo)
  • 4 lb. of Smoked Bacon or Side Pork ( Naked Bacon)
  • 5 lb. of Pork Ribs ( Country Style, Baby Back or Spareribs), Stew, Kabob or Fresh Pork Jowl
Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Chops are cut between 1" and 1.5" thick. Roast sizes vary between 2-4 lb. each. The "1/8 Pig" Box will contain at least 35 lb. of Berkshire pork.

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
