Pastured Hereford & Charolais Beef. Our grass fed beef flavor can not be found elsewhere, the pastures grazed here provide the much sought after flavor profile we have loved for years. Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. This Betwixt & Between box will contain at least 28 lb. of beef & pork.

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
