Smaller cubes & strips of pork can be made into your favorite soup or stir fry. Cut from the leaner ham or more marbled shoulder roasts of our pork. Each package is approximately one pound each. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. 

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.

We recommend thawing and allowing your pork to warm up to room temperature before cooking ( about 60 minutes.) This prevents overcooking the exterior of your pastured pork. We like our meat to have an inside temperature of 130-160F ( lower than the USDA recommended 145-175F).

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
