Our pork is ground twice for the best texture and in convenient 1 lb. packages. I love mixing this with our ground beef for my family favorite meatloaf, or create your very own sausages. So many options! 

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.

All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. 

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
