Our fresh pork belly ( unsmoked and uncured) is sliced into about 1/8" thick slices in 1-1.5 lb. packages. Ready for you to season and cook! All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness.

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
