Our Sweet Italian loose Pork Sausage comes in 1 lb. packages and are the perfect blend to make your family favorite spaghetti "out of this world," or just on its own and make a sausage burger!  All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness.

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition. 

Ingredient List; Pork, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Flavorings, Oleoresin of Paprika. 

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
