Our Pork Chorizo Links comes in 1 lb. packages and is a new sausage that can be used in tacos, crumbled on salads, or create an amazing quesadilla!  Each package contains four 4 oz. links. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. 

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.

Ingredients; Pork, Chili Pepper, Salt, Spices, Garlic Powder, Spice Extractives, Encased in Collagen.

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
