• 10 lb. of Ground Beef ( approximately 85/15)
• 5 lb. of Ground Pork
• 5 lb. of Smoked Bacon or Pork Sausages ( Breakfast, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian or Chorizo
• 5 lb. of ( variety could include; Filet Mignon, Ribeye, NY Strip, T-bone, Porterhouse, Rib, Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Fajita, Sandwich, Cube, Round, Chuck)
• 5 lb. of Pork Chop, bone-in or boneless
• 5 lb. of Beef Roasts ( variety could include; Chuck, Bottom, Rump, Eye of Round, London, Brisket, Sirloin)
• 5 lb. of Pork Roasts ( BI/BL Shoulder or Fresh Ham)
• 5 lb. of Short Ribs, Osso Bucco, Stew or Kabob
• 5 lb. of Pork Ribs, Stew, or Kabob

Pastured Hereford & Charolais Beef. Our grass fed beef flavor can not be found elsewhere, the pastures grazed here provide the much sought after flavor profile we have loved for years. Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Chops & steaks are cut between 1" and 1.5" thick. Roast sizes vary between 2-4 lb. each. This "Kitchen Sink" Box will contain at least 50 lb. of our beef, pork and syrup.
