Ground beef patties are ready for your hot griddle, some spicy pickles and maybe some BBQ sauce. Our go-to easy dinner on our fuller ranch days. Approximately 85/15 ( it does change from beef to beef and we do not add or remove fat). All packages are 1 lb. each.  All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness.  

Pastured Hereford & Charolais Beef. Our grass fed beef flavor can not be found elsewhere, the pastures grazed here provide the much sought after flavor profile we have loved for years.

We recommend thawing and allowing your roast to warm up to room temperature before cooking. This prevents overcooking the exterior of your pastured beef. We like our meat to have an inside temperature of 130-160F ( lower than the USDA recommended 145-175F).

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
