  • 12 lb. of Steaks ( variety could include; Filet Mignon, Ribeye, NY Strip, T-bone, Porterhouse, Rib, Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Fajita, Sandwich, Cube, Round, Chuck)
  • 8 lb. of Stew, Short Ribs, Osso Bucco or Patties
  • 15 lb. of Roasts (variety could include; Chuck, Bottom, Rump, Eye of Round, Brisket, London, or Sirloin)
  • 18 lb. packages of Ground Beef ( approximately 85/15)
Pastured Hereford & Charolais Beef. Our grass fed beef flavor can not be found elsewhere, the pastures grazed here provide the much sought after flavor profile we have loved for years. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Steaks are cut between 1" and 1.5" thick. Roast sizes vary between 2-4 lb. each. This "1/8 Beef" Box contains at least 53 lb. of our beef.

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
