Smoked/cured bone-in Fresh Ham steaks are cut 1.5" thick and each package contains one steak. Thaw and warm for a quick Ham & Eggs breakfast, dice up for a lovely hash, or flat fry quickly for a wonderful Ham Steak dinner!
Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.
We recommend thawing and allowing your chops to warm up to room temperature before cooking ( about 60 minutes.) This prevents overcooking the exterior of your pastured pork. We like our meat to have an inside temperature of 130-160F ( lower than the USDA recommended 145-175F)
We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.
We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
