Imagine taking a lovely, lightly marbled netted loin roast that you stuff with aromatic herbs, perhaps some citrus, and slow roast to perfection. This is that roast! All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Roast sizes vary between 2-4 lb. each.

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.

We recommend thawing and allowing your roast to warm up to room temperature before cooking ( about 60 minutes.) This prevents overcooking the exterior of your pastured pork. We like our meat to have an inside temperature of 130-160F ( lower than the USDA recommended 145-175F).

We ship your order on Monday via UPS in our custom insulated boxes and it should arrive within 1-3 days from shipping. Tracking info will be sent to you via email.

We do not require a signature nor do you need to be home for most delivery locations. We do recommend you open and store your order as soon as possible.
