• 10 lb. Pork Shoulder & Fresh Ham Roasts (2.75-4 lb. each)

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Chops are cut between 1″ and 1.5″ thick. Roast sizes vary between 2-4 lb. each.

The “1/8 Pig” Box will contain at least 35 lb. of Berkshire pork.
