• 2 lb. of Pork Chops, bone-in or boneless
• 2 lb. of Pork Sausages ( Breakfast, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian or Chorizo
• 1 lb. of Smoked Bacon or Side Pork ( Naked Bacon)
• 1 lb. of Pork Ribs ( Country Style, Baby Back, or Spare)

Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Chops are cut between 1″ and 1.5″ thick. Roast sizes vary between 2-4 lb. each.

This Pocket-Size Pork Box will contain at least 9 lb. of our Berkshire pork.
